Absolutely. AI is a drafting assistance tool — like using a template or a format book. The advocate remains fully responsible for the content filed in court, just as they are when using any other drafting aid.

Absolutely. LegalInk AI is designed for every Indian. Whether you need to file a police complaint, dispute an insurance claim, or draft a rent agreement — our guided forms walk you through every field. No legal knowledge required.

Individual gives you 50 credits/month (2/day drip) — great for occasional users, students, and citizens with single matters. Professional gives 200 credits/month (7/day drip) plus access to premium Opus tools (Polish with Inka, Brief Generator, Case Strength Analyzer, Counter-Argument Predictor) and Deep Research. Both plans include unlimited drafting. Built for practising advocates, CAs, and in-house counsel.

Your drafts are private and secure. They are saved to your account only. We never share your case information with anyone.

Yes. All plans include voice input and drafting in Hindi and English.

Yes. A Listen button on every Inka reply plays the answer in a natural Indian voice (Hindi or English, female or male — your choice is saved), with pause and resume. A Translate button on every reply converts the answer into natural Hindi on demand, while keeping section numbers, case names, statute names, and dates in English so citations remain usable. Both features are available on every paid plan, including Individual — credits apply.

Yes — on Individual, Professional, and Enterprise plans (also on Trial). Upload audio or record in the browser, choose a template (General, Board, Investment Committee, Client, or Court Hearing), and Inka generates structured minutes. Handles mixed Hindi and English audio. Costs 15 credits per generation.

Yes. Every draft — and every set of meeting minutes — can be exported to Google Docs, alongside the existing PDF and Word exports. One-time Google sign-in opens the document in your Drive so you can collaborate, comment, and share from there.

Yes. You can upload your existing accepted drafts. Our AI learns from them to improve output quality specifically for your practice area and court.

Yes, completely. Both new registrations and existing LegalInk AI users get a 3-day trial — Individual-tier AI access (50 credits, drips 2/day) plus 5 drafts per day (resets midnight IST). No credit card required.

After 3 days, you will need to choose a paid plan to continue. Options are Individual (from ₹224/month on annual billing, ₹299/month monthly), Professional (from ₹599/month on annual billing, ₹799/month monthly), Enterprise Starter (from ₹7,499/month on annual billing, ₹9,999/month monthly), or Enterprise Growth (from ₹22,499/month on annual billing, ₹29,999/month monthly). All plans available in monthly, 6-month, or annual billing — save up to 25% on annual.

No. LegalInk AI does not charge you automatically. When your trial ends, you will receive a reminder to choose a plan. There are no surprise charges.

The 3-day trial includes Individual-tier AI access: 50 credits (drips 2/day), 5 drafts per day, all 65+ templates, voice input, Reply to Notice, Sensitive Case Protection, Listen and Translate to Hindi on Inka answers, Google Docs export, and draft sharing. Opus tools, Deep Research and Quick Minutes are reserved for paid Professional plans.

Yes. You can upgrade to any paid plan at any time during or after your trial from your account settings.

Yes. The Professional plan is available in monthly, 6-month, and annual billing. You save 13% on 6-month billing and 25% on annual billing compared to monthly.

Yes. You can upgrade from monthly to 6-month or annual at any time from your account settings. The remaining balance from your current cycle will be adjusted.
